Vistar Media, a software provider for digital outdoor advertising, has purchased Sage+Archer, a buying platform for DOOH in the European market, according to a company press release.

Through this agreement, Amsterdam-based Sage+Archer is getting a strategic influx of capital to accelerate its growth across Europe, supported by Vistar’s programmatic marketplace.

Founded in 2019, Sage+Archer has partnerships with Dentsu International, Matterkind, Heineken, OMD, Essent and many more.

Sage+Archer’s 26 employees will continue to operate as a stand-alone division within the Vistar Media organization. Advertisers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Germany, UK, Switzerland, France, Austria and Italy will be able to use the Sage+Archer demand-side platform, including all existing supply-side partnerships, supplemented with additional audience targeting and data. solutions from Vistar Media.
