NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea (number of shares traded: 6.45 crore), YES Bank (number of shares traded: 4.65 crore), GTL Infra (number of shares traded: 1.82 crore), JP Power (number of shares traded: 1.78 crore), Canara Bank (number of shares traded: 1.39 crore), Bharti Airtel (number of shares traded: 1.28 crore), SAIL (number of shares traded: : 1.08 crore), PNB (number of shares traded: 1.06 crore), BHEL (number of shares traded: 0.89 crore) and Zomato Ltd. (number of shares traded: 0.89 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:48 a.m. during Thursday’s session.

The NSE Nifty Index was trading 31.8 points at 16,666.45, while BSE Sensex was up 121.31 points to 56,065.52 at the time of writing.

In the Nifty Index, Reliance Industries Ltd. (up 1.74%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. (up 1.67%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (up 1.51%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd. (up 1.37 percent) and HCL Technologies Ltd. (up 1.27 percent) were among the top winners.

While Bharti Airtel Ltd. (down 2.05%), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (down 1.91%), JSW Steel Ltd. (down 1.51%), Hindalco Industries Ltd. (down 1.44%) and Tata Steel Ltd. (down 1.31%) were among the biggest losers in the index.
