Partners with Salesforce, Verizon, Vodafone, MATRIXX Software and Blue Planet for Phase II of New Supercharged Edge-Aware Marketplace with Revenue Share Model for Value-Based 5G Services.

Austin, Texas, USA – September 17, 2022 – Gotransverse (http://gotransverse.com), a leading provider of cash ordering solutions for businesses, will join its Project Catalyst partners to showcase Phase II of the B2B2X marketplace for 5G services at TM Forum’s Digital Transformation World in Copenhagen on September 20-22. Project Catalyst, “Supercharged Edge-Aware Marketplaces,” is a joint initiative with Verizon, Vodafone Group, Blue Planet, MATRIXX Software, and Salesforce. The project demonstrates how a marketplace for communications service providers (CSPs) can support new business models selling value-based 5G services.

Traditionally, CSP services have been metered and billed based on network-centric metrics such as data consumed or minutes of use. The edge-aware marketplace incorporates knowledge of the resources available at a service site, along with dynamic pricing based on value delivered, usage, and network orchestration activities. Automated multi-partner revenue sharing is built-in for cloud service providers, application developers, device vendors and other service providers, and edge network operators.

The TM Forum Catalyst project will show how third-party device and service providers can transform their business models and use guaranteed service level insights to deliver innovative and enhanced customer experiences through 5G network slicing and computing multi-access edge device (MEC). The Catalyst ecosystem provides end-to-end, real-time performance insight to adapt to customer-facing business processes as needed. As a result, 5G infrastructure uses resources and fixed costs more efficiently and creates new business opportunities for CSPs and their partners.

Using predictive analytics with real-time network data means customers can enable more features with more available bandwidth and MEC and save money.
